We are zoned C-O which allows a huge number of uses including office, services, retail, and medical/dental. We are not subject to the restrictions that apply to Main Street's first floor spaces.
I like the property and the way it is maintained - do you manage other properties?

Not at this time, but happy to suggest where to look if we don't have a suite that fits your needs at this time.
Do you have the ability to manage air flow during high smoke events or to bring in more fresh air like nightly flushes during the pandemic?
